For hospitals preferring to administer custom inpatient surveys independent of Hospital CAHPS, The Myers Group has the experience and expertise to cost effectively manage hospital inpatient satisfaction surveys using mail, telephone, web, active IVR, or mixed methodologies.  Inpatient surveys that are conducted in addition to HCAHPS are customized so that the question items measure the areas that support the quality improvement and overall initiatives of each hospital client.

Our inpatient surveys are designed so that a specific data collection methodology is recommended to achieve a targeted number of survey completes based on each hospital’s discharge volume.  For most hospital surveys, the telephone methodology enables a highly skilled, professional interviewer to contact patients immediately following discharge in a cost effective manner.  However, for hospitals that prefer to administer surveys using mail, web, active IVR or mixed methodologies, The Myers Group has extensive experience administering all methodologies.  And all survey administration – from typesetting to reporting – is conducted in-house, and not outsourced.

Once survey questionnaires are finalized and fielded, the final reporting that the client receives is designed in partnership with the client so they receive comprehensive, easy to understand color reports containing actionable data.
