The Myers Group provides health plans with a reliable approach for measuring the effectiveness of disease management programs.

Healthcare organizations are placing increased focus on disease management and case management programs in order to provide effective care for patients with chronic and/or complex healthcare needs.  We work with each client to develop the optimal research methods to reliably measure patient satisfaction and program effectiveness. 

The Myers Group offers a basic survey as well as custom and condition-specific disease management surveys, depending on the needs of our clients.   In addition, The Myers Group administers a case management survey to measure outcomes for case management and complex case management programs.
