The Myers Group works with 35 percent of the top 50 largest managed care plans in the country.  We also conduct surveys for nearly half of the Commercial and Medicaid plans listed in the top 50 America’s Best Health Plans according to US News & World Report, November 6, 2006.

• In 2006, The Myers Group contracted with 88 health plans and/or agencies to conduct CAHPS surveys.  Of these health plans, roughly 90 percent have been clients since 2001.

The findings of the most recent study indicate our clients to be very satisfied with the quality of our service, and 100% of the respondents said they would recommend The Myers Group to other organizations needing a survey vendor.
